During your first visit, we conduct a thorough intake interview where we discuss your health history and your goals. Then, verbal and written consent for assessment and treatment is obtained. 

***Please note that your booking duration includes a health history overview, intake questionnaire, assessments, and treatment. The hands-on duration will vary depending on the complexity of your health history and assessments required to ensure a safe and effective treatment is delivered***

New Clients: Credit card is required at the time of booking.  This is to guarantee your specific appointment- please refer to the cancellation policy below.

Current Clients: No payment is collected at the time of booking. Cancellation without a fee can be performed within 48 hours- please refer to the cancellation below. 

We uphold a Strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Should you cancel, reschedule, or no show for your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, for any reason, the card on file will be charged for the full treatment cost. 

We appreciate your consideration, acknowledging that cancelling with limited notice impacts 3 people: yourself, a the person who would have booked that appointment, and the RMT.
 

Late for an appointment: You will receive the remainder of your scheduled appointment and billed for the complete duration booked.

RMT late: You will receive your booked duration

For safety purposes, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons may include, but are not limited to intoxication, derogatory comments, or sexual or infectious conditions.

If you exhibit any of the above conditions or behaviours, you'll be denied treatment, charged for the appointment, and discharged from the practice.
